dtac first boutique hall is now open at Siam Paragon
September 11, 2012 – dtac, today, officially introduces its first boutique style dtac hall on the 3rd floor of Siam Paragon. Designed to fit into customers’ modern style, the new dtac hall upholds the impression of customer centricity by offering service integration as well as personalized support for customers of every segment. From Bangkok to other provinces, 300 new dtac service centers will be rolled out within 2 years.

(dtac), revealed “Our dtac hall at Siam Paragon will be the first dtac service center that presents different shop decoration. The boutique style of setting gives our customers new environmental experience. Design, materials, in accordance with modern mood & tone will surely provide visitors pleasurable moment while using our services. To add more excitement to their experience, we also put in digital media that blends in with the new design. More importantly, what we hold on to is our promise to keep customers centered of every service design. At our newly opened dtac hall, we integrate sales and services as one-stop site for customers’ convenience in payment, service support, after sales service, and new devices purchase. We customize and even personalize our services, providing suitable package and information to match customer’s usage and lifestyle. dtac’s well trained staff will assist our customers for their every need and enquiry. Lastly, to make it trade mark for all dtac halls nationwide, we set up DIY (do-it-yourself) corner with digitalized touch screen for customers to search and compare devices of their choices.
